CHUCK ENGEL: Founder and President
Chuck has been teaching golf for over twenty years. Through his professional career, he has developed his teaching philosophies and techniques by studying with some of the most renowned and respected instructors in the world.
Chuck taught side-by-side for five years with teaching legend Bob Toski at St. Andrew's Country Club in Boca Raton Florida. Bob's thoughts on Chuck as a teacher, "Chuck has a tremendous knowledge of the golf swing, and his ability to communicate his message in a manner that is simple to understand and inspiring to his students makes him an excellent teacher." In 1993 Chuck was personally selected by golfing legend Jack Nicklaus and hall of fame instructor Jim Flick to be a lead instructor with the famed Nicklaus/Flick and ESPN Golf Schools working closely with Jim Flick in corporate programs across the country. In addition, Chuck worked for three years with the late Davis Love Jr. in Sea Island, Georgia. Davis said," Chuck has a great attitude toward teaching, is very knowledgeable and makes his students have fun while learning the game." There are only 8 instructors in the P.G.A. teachers hall of fame and Chuck has spent considerable time working with 3 of them, Bob Toski, Jim Flick and Davis Love Jr.
Chuck's professional playing career includes three years of competition on the Florida Mini-Tour and the Space Coast Tour. He also played in the Florida Open and in 1987 made it to the final qualifying of the British Open.
